Messages

This screen allows users to receive and respond to text only messages sent from their agency.

Issues or questions about a case can be sent to the office by clicking the envelope on the Schedule detail screen. A new message will be created which shows on the list of messages after it has been sent

For Caregivers who provide Live-In care, sleep interruptions should be reported to the office by selecting the Live-in Sleep Interruption option on the home screen. A new message will be created which shows on the list of messages after it has been sent
